COA/COT certification is preferred but we’re willing to train staff who possess a background in optometry or ophthalmology and aren’t yet certified! Our physicians count on these staff members to gather detailed histories, perform preliminary testing and accurately chart our patients’ needs.
Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) –
This position requires a wealth of insurance knowledge and terrific attention to detail. These staff members are the first and last to see our patients and we count on them to make the best impression possible!

Paid Time Off – Full-time hourly employees receive up to 120 hours per year the first 5 years of employment. This begins accumulating on day one of your employment with us and you would be eligible to use it after 40 hours is accrued (about 4 months). Employees who have worked for SureVision between 5-10 years receive up to 160 hours and those who have worked over 10 years receive up to 200 hours.
Paid Holidays – Full-time employees receive pay for six national holidays.
Paid Bereavement Leave – Full-time employees are paid up to 3 days leave depending on their relationship to the deceased.
